2021: Creation of a simulated production model

In January 2020, the company BFG Group began the project at the machine-building Bakormash LLC plant, which is part of the company. NTC "Bakor" Bakormash produces vacuum ceramic disk filters and elements for enterprises and. mining and processing industry Russia CIS Bakormash annually grows 1.5 times with an increase in the share of sales for export. With manual planning, production could not cope with growth, there was no traceability and transparency.

Within the framework of the project, which ended in 2021, the following works were carried out at the enterprise:

• The stage of data collection, verification and validation was carried out;
• A simulation production model has been created;
• A plan of measures has been developed to optimize production (determining the required number of additional personnel, changing the personnel work schedule);
• Reengineering of production planning and management processes;
• Implemented BFG platform for end-to-end production management and dispatching.

Project results:

• Increased productivity by 1.5 times;
• Reduced production cycles by 30%;
• Reduced WIP by 30%;
• Optimized PHY costs by 26%;
• Increased controllability and transparency of production;
