2019: Creation of a simulation production model
BTK Textile could not increase productivity to capture a new niche in the market. With the help of organizational measures, the company's specialists optimized the areas, but this did not give results for the entire enterprise, and manual planning led to errors.
As part of the project, BFG Group performed the following works:
- Stage of collection, verification and validation; data
- A simulation production model has been created;
- A plan of measures has been developed to optimize the business processes of the enterprise (optimal start-up batches and batches have been determined);
- Re-engineering of production planning and management processes was carried out (algorithms for the formation of a plan provided with raw materials and materials were introduced);
- Implemented BFG platform for end-to-end production management and dispatching.
Project results:
- Increased productivity by 1.5 times;
- Reduced the volume of work in progress by 2.5 times;
- The main nomenclature production cycles have been reduced by 2 times;
- Increased controllability of production by reducing rescheduling time and automating the transfer of tasks to workplaces;
- Traceability of production orders is ensured;
- The implementation of production plans taking into account raw materials and materials is ensured.
