2023: Business Process Capabilities and Constraints Analysis

The MRZ does not have an effective system for supporting decision-making during the analysis of the production program, there is no KPI that allows combining and balancing production performance indicators (production, production cycles, WIP level). There was also an acute problem of verification of regulatory reference information. BFG Group conducted a project to analyze the capabilities and limitations of MRZ production business processes based on the use of its own software:

• Verification stage of regulatory reference information;
• In the mechanical assembly production, solutions have been developed in terms of changing the structure of work centers to optimize the quality of production, implemented within the framework of this area;
• Hypotheses on changes in production processes leading to a reduction in production cycles have been modeled.

Project results:

• Updated regulatory reference information (found, identified and corrected errors in the data);
• Reduced staff overtime;
• The plan execution period has been shortened.
