2023: Production Optimization Action Plan
The PTPA company had the task of increasing the level of digitalization of the planning system to increase the traceability of order fulfillment and eliminate the failure to fulfill them. The complexity of production management and planning is due to the significant number of parts and assemblies required for the production of the finished product, the large number of cooperative interactions between production sites, the lack of a unified automated accounting and planning system.
As part of the project, which ended in 2023, BFG Group carried out work:
- The stage of collection, verification and validation was carried out; data
- A simulation production model has been created;
- A plan of measures has been developed to optimize production (equipment and personnel capacities have been assessed, balancing tools have been selected);
- Implemented BFG platform for end-to-end production management and dispatching.
Project results:
- Increased labor productivity by 30%;
- Reduced production cycles by 20%;
- Reduced WIP by 30%;
- Increased transparency and manageability of production.
