Personnel systems company announced integration of the automated control system for personnel "BOSS-personnel officer" with HeadHunter services – an online resource for job search and hiring of personnel. Work with the website hh.ru via the system interface "BOSS-personnel officer" allows to save time due to automation of data transfer and simplifies process of recruiting, says BOSS. As noted, the project is implemented thanks to a product "by HH: Integration" HeadHunter Groups and to ample opportunities of the interface of integration of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system. The companies using in the work a circuit "Management of personnel processes" the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER systems will have additional opportunities for work with online services in the usual interface of the program.

Implementation Progress

First of all, in the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system settings of access to the website hh.ru are configured and directory synchronization of activities and territorial accessory is made. After that the HR manager can transfer vacancies from a circuit "Management of personnel processes" of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system to the HeadHunter database. Specially developed menu allows to execute literally several cliques all necessary transactions: publish a vacancy, make changes to the publication, prolong the publication or, if necessary, to send a vacancy to archive.
