Negusneft (BOSS-personnel officer)

The Nonolet Kit company completed implementation of the automated control system for personnel based on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER software product in Negusneft.

Project Description

Negusneft is oil-and-gas production enterprise of Siberia with the state more than 400 workers. In May, 2008 at the enterprise the project which tasks were automation of accounting of personnel and payroll and also ensuring effective interaction between personnel department and payroll calculation specialists started.

Within 8 months consultants Nonolet Kit carried out setup of basic system configuration "BOSS-personnel officer" under specifics of the client. As a result of works necessary standard forms of primary accounting documentation and reporting are configured, the normative and help base of the enterprise is systematized, payroll calculation algorithms are adapted for industry features of the enterprise. During the project data transfer was executed of the used systems and unloading of postings for the accounting system of the enterprise based on "1C is implemented: 7.7".

Result

As a result of project implementation are automated: management of an organization structure and staff list; accounting of the movement of the personnel; a time recording, including on changes and watches; payroll; formation of tax and statistical reporting, reporting in RPF and the Social Insurance Fund.

In the first quarter 2009 payroll calculation in Negusneft was performed in parallel in two systems: old and new. Since April 1 Negusneft began to make payroll calculation only in the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system, says Nonolet Kit.

In general, system implementation "BOSS-personnel officer" allowed Negusneft to reduce operating time with paper documents, to exclude duplication of information, to increase the speed of settlement transactions. Thanks to a successful completion of the project in Negusneft company a uniform HR system which increased transparency of accounting of personnel at the moment functions and optimized work of personnel and settlement services of the enterprise.
