2024: Moving from Confluence to its own documentation portal
SimpleOne has migrated its documentation portal from Confluence to another enterprise site with advanced capabilities. The updated documentation platform is located on the SimpleOne corporate domain and provides access to new functionality for all categories of users - developers, administrators, support specialists, as well as partners and customers. The company announced this on March 22, 2024.

In addition to switching languages, the created site has the opportunity to choose a version of the SimpleOne product, the documentation of which the reader needs. The site will store information about several previous versions, in addition to the latest released version. Many customers expected this feature to be implemented, since previously the documentation was only available on the latest releases, while customers used different versions of the products at the same time.
Another change was improved navigation and appearance. Now the portal corresponds to the corporate style of SimpleOne and modern UI/UX trends, and also provides the ability to switch between light and dark themes, which will make working with documentation comfortable in any lighting.
In the near future, we plan to translate documentation for SDLC and ITAM products into other languages. We will also add a special page with notes to versions so that users can track differences between different product releases.
