Project Description

The Polar Airlines in November, 2008 purchased licenses of a system of personnel records Personnel of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. By means of the Personnel system the airline management is going to automate work of HR department.

The Personnel system is intended for automation and business process optimization in the field of personnel management: maintaining the staff list, personal cards, business trips, holidays, time keeping of working time, formation and maintaining orders on staff and many other things.

The Personnel system is constructed based on advanced technologies, is flexibly configured, it is scaled and it can successfully be used as in the small organizations on a limited number of jobs, and in the large companies which number of staff reaches thousands and tens of thousands of employees.

System implementation Personnel will allow Polar Airlines: construct effective work with personnel resources of the organization; provide online access to information necessary for decision making; trace and optimize loading of workers; to manage more effectively temporary and material resources; provide maintaining personnel information according to the unified forms and regulatory requirements of the Russian legislation; provide the necessary level of confidentiality of personal data of employees; lower labor costs due to automation of routine transactions; exclude a possibility of loss of information; provide a possibility of quick search of necessary data; to automatically create various reports, references, etc.

Along with the made decision on automation of work of HR department, the possibility of workflow automation of the company by means of an electronic document management system Case is discussed now that will allow: upgrade a management activity of the enterprise; increase efficiency of processing and execution of documents and instructions on them; implement a possibility of electronic approval of draft documents and many other things.
