Dolinsk Bank has implemented the Dynamika Mobile Workplace solution. This allows you to improve the quality of service by being able to remotely identify the client and collect documents during the delivery of bank products. The bank announced this on March 27, 2024.

A mobile workplace is a solution that allows you to organize an on-site service:

  • centrally plan product delivery tasks, distribute them to direct sales managers;
  • carry out all the actions necessary for delivery in the application on a smartphone or tablet;
  • monitor the work.

The solution of the company "Dynamics" includes a mobile interface on the Dynamika platform, as well as a native mobile application on Android and iOS.

Thanks to the Mobile Workplace, Dolinsk Bank digitized the process of delivering banking products to the client. Now curators can assign tasks for the delivery of bank products and monitor execution, which makes the entire process more transparent and traceable.

The bank can independently customize the solution for its tasks and product specifics. This personalized approach helps to take into account the peculiarities of building work.

All tasks consist of sequential steps corresponding to the product issue scenario. This approach minimizes the risk of error on the part of the direct sales manager: he sequentially performs the steps of processing the application, photographs the necessary documents, etc. All steps, types and templates of documents Dolinsk Bank sets up independently.

The application is implemented on the Dynamika platform and seamlessly integrates with solutions that have already been implemented at the Bank.
