2024: Appointment as CEO of Rolf

At the end of March 2024, Roman Antonov became the new general director of the Rolf automobile dealer. This is evidenced by the data of the service "Kontur. Focus."

As general director of Rolf, Antonov replaced Alexei Gulyaev, who headed the company at the end of December 2023, and before him Svetlana Vinogradova was the car dealer. Later, she moved to the post of first deputy Gulyaev and continued to be responsible for operational management.

Interfax calls Roman Antonov a business partner of the entrepreneur, head of the International Boxing Association (IBA) Umar Kremlin. Antonov is also the general director of Modern Payment Solutions JSC (SPR) controlled by VTB Bank and the head and co-owner of legal entities associated with the Kremlin registered in Serpukhov near Moscow. In particular, he heads Udacha LLC, controlled by the Boxing Development Center, and owns a 10% stake in Progress LLC, the beneficiary of which is Kremlin with a 90% stake.

Earlier, the Telegram channel "Russian Car" wrote that "Rolf" could go into the sphere of influence of Umar Kremlev. The publication said that an entrepreneur who is not associated with the auto business allegedly already spoke on the board of directors of Rolf and promised not to change the structure of the company. He also announced his intention to maintain operational control with Vinogradova, since Gulyaev "almost did not participate" in the dealer's activities.

By the end of March 2024, Rolf is in the interim management of the Federal Property Management Agency in accordance with a presidential decree. The press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov explained that the decree was associated "with exclusively economic expediency, compliance with the relevant legislation of the Russian Federation and taking into account the well-known international economic situation."[1]
