2024: Development of a system for determining the maximum permissible values of parameters of the technical condition of a hydraulic turbine
JSC NBI has completed a project for the Center for Design and Technological Solutions LLC to develop IT solutions and test a prototype software complex - a system for determining maximum permissible values of parameters of the technical condition of a hydraulic turbine using the example of an impeller. NBI reported this on March 27, 2024.
The goal of the project was to increase the reliability of the hydroelectric power station by developing a predictive analytics module. This module is aimed at monitoring and analyzing the state of the impeller of the hydraulic turbine, providing the possibility of long-term forecasting of the state of the equipment.
Project Objectives:
- Automation of accounting of structural and operational data of equipment.
- Development of a system for long-term forecasting of technical condition for up to 10 years.
- Create tools to compare real-time scenarios.
As a result of the project, the customer received the following opportunities:
- Evaluation of mechanical condition of equipment based on actual operating time.
- Prediction of residual equipment life.
- Visualize results in graphical and tabular formats.
