2024: Acquisition of stake in Apart Sharing for $10m

24-year-old entrepreneur Hasan Mustafayev, continuing to conquer the IT market, acquired a stake in Apart Sharing for $10 million, TAdviser told the Alikson Group in March 2024.

Founded by Hasan Mustafayev, international conglomerate Alikson Group has entered the contactless apartment rental market with a $10 million deal with Apart Sharing, a technology-based accommodation booking service. It is known that other large holdings were also interested in acquiring the company - Russian Sberbank and Kazakh Chocofamily Holding stand out among possible buyers. However, in February 2024, it became known that Apart Sharing became part of the Alikson Group corporation.

"Apart Sharing is an interesting and sought-after technology company. After the departure of large aggregators for rental housing from Russia, the relevance of the product increased several times. In the coming months, we will strengthen our position in all major cities of the Russian Federation, then we plan to scale the service in the CIS and the Middle East, "said Hasan Mustafayev, founder and CEO of Alikson Group.

The acquisition of Apart Sharing was a development of the lease direction of the Alikson Group. Since 2021, the corporation has presented a service for renting premium cars Premier Cars with the main showroom in Moscow City and offices in Sochi and Dubai.

The head of the company, Hasan Mustafayev, is only 24 years old, but the entrepreneur has such a strong talent in the business that the company has grown rapidly in four years. According to the company itself, in 2023, Alikson Group increased revenue to 42.8 billion rubles and "became the fastest-growing private corporation in the CIS with an average annual yield growth rate of 300%."
