IBS implemented "1S:ZUP" and performed data migration for ITMS

IBS developed a corporate HR information system for the ITMS group of companies based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management," replaced the software product of a foreign vendor used in the Group of Companies, performed data migration, including the transfer of accumulated primary personnel documents, and also deployed an independent infrastructure. IBS announced this on March 28, 2024.

At the time of the start of the project, being part of an international group, the customer company used cloud foreign software to automate internal business processes, access to which is now limited in our country. ITMS has a need to switch to reliable import-independent software that takes into account the requirements of Russian legislation and is suitable for all basic functions.

Among the main goals of the project: · replacement of the SAP ENABLE software product used in ITMS · automation of HR business processes: HR administration, working time management, wages and reporting; · data migration, including the transfer of accumulated primary personnel documents; · deployment of a self-contained infrastructure; · integration with ITMS systems located in the inner loop, as well as with external contractor systems - payroll provider.

The accounting methodology was based on various requirements, including the company's requirements. One of them was the preservation of existing business processes, for example, the presence of a line manager, additional analysts of staffing positions, the matrix structure of departments and branches, etc.

During the project implementation, when migrating data, gaps with 1C: Payroll and HR Management product methodology were taken into account and adjusted, for example, rules for calculating vacation balances and more. The accumulated primary personnel documents were transferred. Since payroll in ITMS is carried out by an external provider, it was necessary to develop an integration flow for data exchange.

According to the results of the project, the migration to the import-independent software was carried out successfully. The ITMS Group of Companies successfully uses the Russian system "1C: Payroll and HR Management KORP, revision 3.1" for critical business processes,

As part of the project, the SAP Enable software product was replaced with "1C: KOP Salary and Human Resources, revision 3.1." The total number of integration flows was reduced, which made it possible to optimize the IT infrastructure. IBS also created the prerequisites for the development of an automated payroll system, modules for advanced HR processes - benefits administration, tabulation and others. The company has its own product competencies, - added Artem Ostapenko, IT project manager of the ITMS group of companies.
