Audit (1C:VDGB: Accounting for NPO)

Accounting and tax accounting in Audit LLC is automated as a result of implementation by specialists of "1C:VDGB" of the 1C:VDGB program: Accounting for non-profit organization 8, industry solution on 1C: Enterprise platform.

Vigorous non-commercial activity of Audit LLC requires permanent development of an accounting system and management of NPO. For the solution of this task the company management made the decision on implementation of a modern automated system 1C: Enterprise.

Having analyzed the companies existing in IT market, their industry experience of implementations and qualification of employees, the leadership team of Audit company gave preference to the partner of 1C Company — 1C:VDGB company.

For automation the 1C:VDGB software product was selected: Accounting for non-profit organization 8 which is the specialized solution for automation of activity of NPO of different type, including preparation of the obligatory (regulated) reporting.

As a result of implementation the management of Audit LLC received the effective management tool activity, with following features of accounting:

• conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target Financings and Receipts" in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• an opportunity to keep account by a business and non-commercial activity — maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity" its closing into the 86th account;
• an opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• in a configuration the mechanism of accounting of economic operations on financing sources is implemented. In standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once;
• features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• features of accounting of fixed assets are implemented, accounting of OS and charge of wear is provided;
• planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year), and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses is provided;
• automatic filling of the regulated form No. 6 on the basis of the inventory data entered into the program;
• the mechanism of automatic conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source is implemented;
• one base allows transition to the STS and back, without additional installations of programs.

Implementation of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for NPO allowed to perform all necessary economic operations, to keep material accounting, to perform trade operations. Accounting and tax accounting are implemented in the program compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Thanks to high extent of automation, employees can enter documents of accounting of trade operations into the database, not being accountants. Besides, 1C:VDGB program: Accounting for NPO provides salary accruals.
