The management of Sadovaya, 45-a Condominium made the decision to carry out automation of accounting of housing and public utilities for increase in transparency of accounting of housing and public utilities and maintaining all its types in unified information environment. For accomplishment of automation the 1C:VDGB software product was selected: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC which considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services, in particular — specifics of activity of condominium.
Implementation of 1C is carried out by 1C:VDGB company having experience of industry implementations of specialized 1C systems at the enterprises of housing sector. 1C:VDGB program: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, allowed to automate the following sections of accounting activity of Sadovaya, 45-a Condominium:
