In the middle of 2009 the company management made the decision on improvement of an enterprise management system and automation of key sections of accounting of construction activity for operational acceptance of management decisions in the conditions of crisis of the construction industry of edge. The automated account at the enterprise was kept only regarding accounting by means of software products on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform, key departments of the company worked without any automated means of accounting and therefore obtaining the consolidated data and the management reporting was not operational and prevented the company to react to the changes happening in the construction market of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Krai quickly.
As the partner in implementation among firms-1C: Franchisees of the city of Krasnoyarsk the Spiny Dogfish of PSK company which offer on results and terms of automation completely corresponded to the criteria set by company management was selected.
Specialists of Spiny Dogfish of PSK company carried out preliminary express inspection of activity of departments of construction company according to the results of which the main sections for automation of accounting and necessary functionality which the software product should have were revealed. According to the results of inspection a choice was made for benefit of the software product "by 1C: Management of construction organization 8", as the most corresponding to requests which are shown by modern construction company regarding automation of the accounting.
"1C: Management of construction organization 8" allows to automate the following sections of accounting:
- Accounting and tax accounting: accounting of financial activities of the organization, obligatory reporting.
- Estimate pricing, participation in competitive biddings (tenders): calculation of cost of construction, development of sets of the tender documentation.
- Production planning: schedules of works, resource planning (workers, materials, mechanisms, transport).
- Accounting of productive activity and analysis of production indicators: accounting of accomplishment of SMR, resource consumption, the request taking into account adjustments.
- Financial planning: budgets, flows of means, credit and cash plans, financial results.
During implementation by specialists of Spiny Dogfish of PSK company the following works were performed:
- Inspection of activity of departments of the enterprise for the purpose of receiving the most exact assessment of terms and structure of works on automation. Determination of a circuit of implementation and functional users, filling of templates and questionnaires, the analysis is more whole than automation from the point of view of the management, document flow wiring design, distribution of functional duties.
- Development of regulations on joint work of departments of the company in a new automated system. Development of detailed instructions on work in the program for users of the program.
- Transfer of reference books and opening balances from the previous information bases of the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 version in which account till 2010 was kept.
- Training of all staff of the enterprise in the correct work in the program for blocks "Construction Management", "Purchase management", "Registration of Personnel and Payroll", "Sales Management in Shared-equity Construction", "Financial accounting".

Automation of activity of construction company by means of the software product "1C: Management of construction organization 8" allowed to achieve the following results:
- Activity of technological department is automated:
- the possibility of creation of schedules of construction of each object with necessary detailing of works Is implemented.
- accounting of subcontract works with a possibility of the analysis of a remaining balance "not closed" the amounts under the agreement and the analysis of settlement on subcontractor Is implemented.
- Heads of construction obtain information on planned activities and costs for these works and also to carry out plan-fact work progress analysis.
- Daily work of chiefs of sections (foremen) in real time in the program is automated account of activity of construction sections is kept: operational accounting of arrival and write-off of materials according to M-29 and M-19 forms, accounting of sheets of workers, drawing up price-work dresses, formation of KS-2.
- Staff of department of supply quickly through the program receives material requisitions from chiefs of construction sections on the basis of which it is automatically possible to create the delivery plan and supplier payments.
- Regarding finance the company management at any time can obtain data on the number of the concluded bargains with investors, the amounts of the arrived payments under agreements of individual share in rubles and square meters, outstanding amounts of investors and overdue payments. Also information on planned cash receipts from investors according to the individual diagram enshrined in the agreement of individual share is always available.
- Payroll is conducted in information base in which all departments of the company work, respectively, need for permanent unloading of data in the separate accounting program disappeared. Calculation of the price-work salary of construction workers is conducted by the automated method on the basis of price-work dresses which are created in the program by chiefs of sections.
- Regarding accounting in uniform information base multicorporate accounting is successfully implemented, formation of declarations according to the STS is supported, the automated calculation and write-off of transport and procurement expenses are specially finished.
As a result of implementation of the new software product in Siblider construction company all key sections of accounting were integrated in one information space for the most effective solution of the tasks set for them, the staff of departments received the convenient and efficient tool for accomplishment of the job responsibilities, and the management of the enterprise - a possibility of operational obtaining necessary information on operational, productive and financial activities of the company.
