Webils - Web-interactive learning system

In some companies having a distributed network of branches, partners or clients often there is a need of carrying out training of new employees or users. And of course, to save time and money, it is logical to use for this purpose video conference and web conferences which (thanks to Skype and Webex) already became usual tools for business. Webils offers specialized service for such distance learning.

Webils is a service which allows to unroll a qualitative system remote training online for the different companies or educational institutions. The solution is created especially for the organization of full educational process, with all its components.

Except opportunities of web conferences (screen-sharing, whiteboard), video conference and holding webinars, it provides additional conveniences to educational process.

After registration of our client in a system (investment with its rights), he registers responsible for educational process, specialists, listeners in a system. All users have personal accounts where all information necessary for them is reflected.

Here they have access and to progress which is conducted in different types during all cycle of training, in it the marks which are put down by teachers, comparison with other listeners, results control and works at a lesson are reflected. In a personal account there are all materials of occupations, including also their video. Users can browse the schedule and receive notifications at change in it, to communicate on an internal system of messages with teachers. They get access to the homeworks which the specialist can send them as all at once, and in an individual order with comments for each listener.

In the Webils system the testing system including the timer (it is possible to limit runtime of a task, it is also possible to consider the number of derivations i.e. how many times of people were displaced by the screen or switched to other tabs (windows) is implemented.

Actually it means that the specialist will have an additional information how the listener performed a task. Besides there is a special system which allows the specialist to create any tests or control consisting of the most different types of questions ((multiple selection, audio/video questions, open, comparisons, etc.) directly in a system. At the same time listeners take all these tests in an interactive mode and the teacher can comment and watch progress of listeners right there.

For use of service it is enough to have the microphone, the webcam and the browser with a flash-player well and naturally Internet connection.

Webils is in fact the first full SaaS the solution in this sphere (Software as a Service), i.e. all of those the support and all problems connected with integration by updates and other problems which can frighten the companies at implementation of the similar systems all this lies on Webils shoulders, at the same time time for which the company can begin work in a system can be up to one day.

Founders of the project is the same command which created the Russian Internet School project for training of children for the USE across all Russia in due time. Having got serious experience in the field of creation of the training systems, the command focused on development of the service for training, having placed emphasis on the corporate sector and training and personel assessment in the companies. Though educational organization and different training courses can also use this solution.
