NatCar introduced ETrN when transporting goods by drones using the "Contour" solution

2024: Transition to ETrH

The company National Carrier JSC (NATCAR brand) has switched to the use of electronic waybills (ETrN) in the transportation of goods by highly automated vehicles. To translate paper documents into electronic form, the company connected to the Logistics service from the Contour. SKB Kontur announced this on April 2, 2024.

National Carrier JSC acted as a flight operator, cargo transportation was carried out by a prototype unmanned truck, in the cab of which there was a test driver. He controlled the movement of the car along the Neva M-11 highway connecting Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Previously, the document flow cycle when issuing a bill of lading took up to 5 working days for the company, the volume of incoming and outgoing documents was about 1,000 per month. To speed up business processes, we decided to implement ETrN.

When switching to ETrN, the duration of the document exchange cycle in the company was halved, since employees spend less time on processing and are less likely to make mistakes. In addition, the cost of document management decreased by 30%.
