2024: Implementation of the ForPeople HR Tech System
BelVEB Bank has completed the introduction of the Russian ForPeople HR Tech system. ForPeople (Fopiple) announced this on April 5, 2024. The Bank considers the launch of the system as an important stage in the digital transformation of the HR function on the way to a high-tech HR service for employees and managers. For ForPeople, the developer of the solution, the project was the first in the Belarusian market.
One of the strategic goals of BelVEB Bank is to develop an operational model in terms of the organizational structure and personnel management system by increasing the maturity of automation of HR processes. The transformations in this direction started with the introduction of three ForPeople modules, which will allow you to digitize the following basic HR functions:
- "Organizational structure," "Visualization" unit - management of the organizational structure in relation to personnel costs, labor productivity and other key HR indicators;
- "Assessment and goals" - management by goals, key performance indicators in conjunction with the amount of remuneration;
- " Personnel budget" - planning of personnel numbers and expenses in different scenarios with plan-fact analysis.
In the context of uncertainty, when companies need to constantly adapt to external changes, current and online visualization of data made it possible to quickly make management decisions without wasting time searching and manual processing of data, while based on accurate indicators of personnel efficiency, including in the context of divisions and business segments.
We did not abandon the HR system, in which personnel accounting and calculation are already being maintained wages, , customized for our features. A complete transition would take too much time and budget. ForPeople made it possible to implement a simpler and more rational solution - to carry out integration by combining functionality. As a result, we have created a front-HR system for employees and managers with an understandable interface and visualization of all information the personnel required from the back-HR system, which personnel do not have access to. As expected results from the implementation of the ForPeople system, BelVEB Bank notes a decrease in costs for:
- formation of HR reporting and analytics;
- approval, analysis of employee remuneration calculations and decision-making;
- Personnel cost budgeting.
Already in April 2024, about 1,100 specialists became users of the system. In the future, the following units of the Organizational Structure module are planned to be implemented: Organizational Structure Modeling, Change Approval.
