1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of a company performance "The Novorossiysk transport television". Implementation of own development "8" helped to increase BIT:CRM the number of advertisers and to increase their loyalty.
The Novorossiysk Transport Television company is the representative of a single federal network of the transit video advertizing "The First Route Television" performing the activity in 47 largest cities of Russia. The channel offers the audience as commercial videos about goods and services in the city, and transfers about traffic safety, the wild nature, a horoscope, a weather forecast.
Earlier in the company account of the customer base was kept using spreadsheets that was labor-consuming and often led to errors. A system which will help to conduct history of customer relations was required and at the same time it will be easily integrated with the product "1C: Accounting 8" as in it accounting and tax accounting is kept.
The following tasks were automated:
- Customer accounting and relationship with them, storage and maintaining history of communication with the client;
- Problem definition to sales managers and control of their accomplishment;
- Informing clients on discounts and offers through the SMS.
The project was executed within 3 months. Specialists of the company set and configured "BIT:CRM 8", provided user training.
In a project deliverable in a common information space accounting, tax account, base of clients and the history of relationship with them is kept that allowed to find individual approach to each advertiser and to reduce risks of loss of the client at dismissal or a disease of employees. Besides, informing clients through the SMS helped to tell advertisers about new products and stocks of the company timely. The management received the excellent tool for sales planning and control of their accomplishment by managers. In general the product "BIT:CRM 8" helped to raise a customer loyalty and to increase the number of advertisers.
