2023: Liquidation
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since November 2023, ETP-Agro LLC has been under liquidation. The decision to liquidate ETP-Agro LLC was made during an extraordinary general meeting of participants on November 14. Vladimir Zotov (owns 55% of the company), Larisa Kovaleva (owns 25%) and Olesya Dmitrova (owns 20%) took part in it. All three voted to liquidate[1] for[1].
