2024: Pooling Plus Rollout
AB InBev Efes has implemented the TMS Pooling Plus system from Artlogics as part of an import substitution project. Artlogics announced this on April 9, 2024.
Pooling Plus TMS provides delivery management at all stages and helps optimize costs for FMCG companies. The key features of the system are:
- Built-in channels of automatic data exchange with large TCs in the FMCG market
- The ability to generate additional savings by sending prefabricated deliveries and loading customer machines through Pooling
- Flexibility of solution and possibility of deep customization to customer's requirements
The system passed pilot testing at several of the company's plants and was successfully scaled to all AB InBev Efes sites.
The project includes automation of all major: business processes transport logistics
- Process of loading deliveries to TMS from ERP
- Automatic algorithm of transportation generation for different types of deliveries (incoming flow, inter-warehouse and inter-plant transportation, main transportation to distributors and key customers)
- Automatic algorithm for selecting a transport company, including the possibility of spot trading
- Personal account for transport companies
- Interaction with TC on financial settlements
- Automatic generation of reports and KPIs
- Embedding the TMS system in the customer's IT landscape (building integrations with ERP, WMS, BI systems)
Taking into account the scale of the company's business, when choosing a contractor, special attention was paid to the following requirements:
- Reliability and fault tolerance of the system, ability to process 17-20 thousand flights per month in automatic mode
- Placement of the system on the date of the center on the territory of the Russian Federation, compliance with FZ-152 requirements, absence of foreign components in the solution
- High system security requirements: data encryption, monitoring, SSO single sign-on support
- User-friendly, intuitive interface
- Flexibility of the solution and possibility of its refinement for the customer's business processes.
- 24/7 support, strict SLA on system availability
- The contractor has a system development plan for the next 5 years.
