Docrobot, a developer of SaaS services and an electronic document management (EDO) operator, has released an updated version of the integration module, which allows you to work with legally significant electronic documents and EDI messages in one window of your 1C . The developer announced this on April 9, 2024.

Module version 2.1 supports 639 typical document scenarios and includes 432 unified templates.

One of the main updates is the ability to create any own document exchange script in the built-in designer, which is launched by click or automatically.

The module implements a master script mechanism, when several other scripts can be called sequentially from one script. Thus, the mechanism helps to set any data transfer logic and perform complex processes.

In addition, routine tasks that automatically run the desired script at the specified time without user participation have become available for all scripts, including those created by the user himself. At the same time, routine exchange is not limited to one routine task - the dispatch schedule can be configured for several separate regulations in the context of different documents.

Users can now adjust the interface of the module depending on their role in the workflow. For each role, you can choose which columns, tabs, and buttons will appear in the document creation field and where exactly they will be located. It is also possible to edit the table part with documents without changing the module code.

The settings are saved when the module is later updated.

Version 2.1 of the integration module has more performance and is optimized for a large volume of document flow. The formation of 2100 orders, which simultaneously allow transferring the SOAP protocol used in the module, will take no more than half an hour.

The module is compatible with all 1C configurations and easily integrates into any information system. This was achieved by deep processing of the structure of metadata objects, as a result of which the number of registers of information, documents and directories was reduced. Changing the event storage architecture has also significantly reduced the risk of lock conflicts.

The module version 2.1 was created in accordance with market requirements and legal requirements. It supports the new receipt format, approved by order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia of 21.02.2023 No. ED-7-26/133 @, work with labeled products and machine-readable power of attorney (MFD), including allowing you to upload information about a specific MFD via API from your personal account.
