"Gaztranzit" and Esri CIS bring a joint product to the GIS market

According to the companies, geographic information systems are the only technology capable to provide large-scale transition from a separate asset in the building to actually global context today.

Within the agreement of the company assume to implement joint practices in the field of geoinformation technologies for the enterprises of the oil and gas industry. In particular, promotion of solutions GIS for managing directors and situational analytical centers, geographic information systems for monitoring, service and process management of maintenance of infrastructure, construction and operation of assets and also a number of other perspective tasks is planned.

Joint solutions are going to be implemented at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry including in the infrastructure systems APCS SCADA ERP, EAM and others.

In the next plans – upgrade of the existing information systems for management of the production processes relating to pipeline transport, use of these systems as basic industry solution of automation of activity of the main production services of the enterprises. It is supposed to involve the capacity of the companies in works on the inventory, development of the standard technical and economic solutions which are most effectively using possibilities of the latest of GIS technologies including – in the field of investigation, production, transportation, processing and sale of hydrocarbons.
