First Republic Bank completed automation of personnel records and payroll calculation

Specialists of Homnet Consulting company completed an implementation project of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product in the First Republic Bank which result was an automation of personnel records and payroll calculation of employees of the bank on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform.

For transfer of Bank on the modern platform "1C: Enterprise 8.1" the tender among partners of 1C Company which winner was a Homnet Consulting company was held. Within the project specialists of the company:

• implemented the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in head division of Bank;
• carried out works on data transfer of head department from "1C: Payroll and the Personnel 7.7" in "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8";
• configured the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in compliance requirements of conducting personnel records and payroll of Bank.

Upon completion of the project the information system based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is put into trial operation and is used by employees of the bank for payroll calculation and conducting personnel records. "Implementation of this program allowed to increase the speed of work and accuracy of calculations, provided operational interchange with data, helped to reduce potential number of errors in the course of report generation and conducting personnel records", – Tatyana Merkulova, the chief accountant of the First Republic Bank noted.
