On April 11, 2024, ProSpace introduced a product for managing the effectiveness of promos in the field of FMCG and retail - ProSpace. Promo (Trade Promo Management & Optimization).

According to the company, the functionality of the solution provides for covering all processes of the life cycle of the promo:

ProSpace.Promo

The solution supports various types of promotions: regular promotions, promos with IN-OUT or EDLP (effective distribution of goods) mechanics, as well as custom promotions at the request of the customer. For planning, coordination and control, a promo calendar is implemented in tabular or calendar form. Once the promo planning is complete, the system displays the P&L of the promotion and calculates the ROI. For regular promos, you can save the template in public or private format.

ProSpace.Promo allows you to create an unlimited number of promo rules to automatically check the promo for compliance with the specified parameters. Auto-negotiation and auto-reply are available. Participants in the manual approval process have the possibility of simultaneous access to the system, coordination of promotional groups and detailed assessment of a specific action.

The promo lifecycle panel serves to control each stage of the promotional campaign. After the end of the promotion, actual The key figures are automatically integrated into the system through one of data the available channels: sell-in file , off-invoice, or data retailer sell-out.

For each user role, a personal Home Page Dashboard is available with the necessary analytical data, including pre-configured and user-defined strategic reports on the project.

Data exchange with other systems takes place through integration with them, as well as by importing and exporting files in Excel or PDF format. ProSpace.Promo syncs with users from different sources, such as AD, Cloud, or Local.

The Trade Promo Optimization module includes an ML assistant profile that analyzes historical data and predicts the success of each promotion. The ML Assistant also provides guidance on promotion parameters such as discount size, duration and duration of the Maximum Return on Investment (ROI) promotion. A what-if analysis panel is available in the module to compare different scenarios of the same promo, calculated manually and using AI.
