The joint project team of OptiTim Consulting and RT-Invest Transport Systems had several tasks: reducing dependence on foreign vendors through the choice of a domestic solution, unifying reporting forms, optimizing planning methodology, tight implementation dates, ensuring comfort for system users in the Company.

The project implementation period was six months. The project was completed in November 2023, which made it possible to enter the new reporting period with this budgeting and reporting system. Optimacros implemented budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic and personnel planning processes. The system interface is implemented in accordance with the proprietary style of RTITS, which increases the convenience of users. As of April 2024, 50 employees work in the system, the platform functionality is supported by two dedicated specialists.

Within the framework of the project, the speed of formation of the final forecast reporting package was increased. Before the implementation of Optimacros, the collection of the reporting package took 4-6 hours, after optimizing the process in Optimacros, the same procedure takes only 5-10 minutes. A seamless integration with 1C was also implemented, thanks to which the labor intensity and manufacturability of uploading actual data from the accounting system were reduced.

RTITS and OptiTim Consulting implemented an effective import substitution project. The Optimacros platform was successfully implemented by a well-developed financial planning methodology, the joint work of the project team, as well as several parallel streams.
