The purchase is carried out in order to modernize the Unified Information System of Rosfinmonitoring. Information about this was found on the public procurement website. The tender was published on April 9, 2024, applications are accepted until April 17 of the same year. The results will be announced on April 18.

In the terms of reference for the tender, the Service indicated the exact requirements for the purchased equipment and software. Thus, the DSS extension package shall be compatible with the existing YADRO Tatlin.Unified DSS available to the Customer. And have at least 512 GB of cache on board and at least 34 NVMe drives of at least 7.68 TB each. In addition, the kit shall not violate the terms and conditions of the existing warranty for the Customer's existing storage system and shall have an appropriate warranty period.

One of the main requirements of Rosfinmonitoring for the purchase of new DSS was compatibility with Astra OS Linux and the Windows Server Service information system, and support for synchronous replication data DSS Yadro with Tatlin.Unified.

In addition to the above, the DSS of system must have at least 4 Ethernet ports with a maximum data rate of at least 10 Gb/s per port and at least 8 FC ports with a maximum data rate of at least 16 Gb/s per port. The DSS shall have at least 60 drives with SAS interface and at least 3.84 TB each (2.5 inches, at least 1 DWPD) and at least 34 drives with NVMe interface and at least 7.68 TB each (U.2 at least 1 DWPD).

The purchased servers must be compatible with Astra Linux SE 1.7, ECP VeiL 5/6, SpaceVM systems and hypervisors. Have 2 processors installed, each with at least 24 cores, a cache of at least 36 MB, a frequency of at least 2.8 GHz and a design thermal power of not more than 230 W. Have at least 8 TB of RAM with a module frequency of at least 2933 MHz.

The equipment shall also consist of at least 2 installed SSDs M.2 at least 480 GB each, and at least 10 installed NVMe SSDs of at least 3.2 TB each. The remote management and monitoring hardware module should provide functions such as remote mounting of ISO images with the ability to use them as a boot device, DHCP support for automatic IP address acquisition, and remote access to the graphics console.

The DBMS license shall have the following characteristics: Allow to expand the volume of available computing cores by 1 computing core in the DBMSostgres Pro Enterprise already available to the Customer. DBMS must have a certificate of compliance with the information security requirements established in the document "Information Security Requirements Establishing Levels of Trust in Information Security Tools and Information Technology Security Tools" (FSTEC of Russia, 2020) at Level 4 of trust ^[1] [.
