2024: Launch of ATI.SU Shipping Payment Guarantee Service

On April 11, 2024, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange launched the ATI.SU Transportation Payment Guarantee service.

This service will allow carriers to be guaranteed to receive a flight fee, even if customers do not pay on time. Before issuing the guarantee, ATI.SU automatically checks the reliability of cargo owners, and in case of non-payment, takes over further proceedings with them and compensates the contractor for the amount indicated in the documents for transportation.

The reasons why shippers cannot pay for an order under a contract with a carrier can be different - both external factors and attempts at fraud. In any case, for freight carriers, especially for small companies, this is very unpleasant and is accompanied by unplanned costs associated with the involvement of lawyers and other costs.

The task of the service "ATI.SU Transportation Payment Guarantee" is to solve problems with non-payment. The service is easy to use: in a special field, the carrier needs to indicate the TIN of the cargo owner and the cost of transportation. Previously, the system will automatically check the reliability of the specified counterparty. If the application is approved, the guarantee will be issued.

If the user of the service faces non-payment, then he will issue a claim to the cargo owner on the "ATI.SU Exchange" for unpaid transportation. ATI.SU lawyers will verify the validity of its claims and prepare a contract to repurchase the debt. Thus, the contractor will receive money for the service rendered, and the Exchange will take over all proceedings with the debtor.

Especially for the ATI.SU Transportation Payment Guarantee service, the ATI.SU team has developed a scoring system. The system assesses the reliability of cargo transportation customers based on the analysis of the Exchange's own data and the information of its partners. The ATI.SU warranty fee depends on the assessment of the reliability of a particular cargo owner and is 2-5% of the specified transportation cost.

For April 2024, the service is available provided that the shipper is a legal entity registered in Russia and is a user of the ATI.SU Exchange.

The strategy for the development of the ATI.SU service ecosystem implies the involvement of all participants in the cargo delivery process in a single digital circuit. Recently, we have received many wishes from freight carriers so that the Exchange can provide them with a guarantee of payment for completed orders. Therefore, the ATI.SU Transportation Payment Guarantee service is our next answer to the current market request, "said Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.
