The product "Inventory Management" from Napoleon IT is able to automatically calculate orders for replenishment of goods in stores, based on demand forecasts and current stocks. This speeds up the process of replenishing shelves and reduces the likelihood of a shortage of goods. An important feature of the solution is the daily update of the demand forecast, which increases the availability of cosmetic products and the flexibility of the entire supply chain.

The end-to-end planning system used within the product integrates the data and business processes of the entire company, providing a holistic and efficient approach to inventory management.

The IT solution from Napoleon IT uses technologies with elements of artificial intelligence. Implementation takes place using a flexible product approach and A/B testing, allowing you to quickly adapt the system to company changes and needs.
