The automated system of a time recording and management accounting is implemented into Phoenix Car Premium companies

The Satori Partner company automated conducting management accounting in Feniks Avto Premium LLC using "Alf Awto: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts. Edition 4.1" and "Alpha Avto: Time recording".

Bases for the project

Due to dynamic business development, the increased requirements to efficiency and efficiency of management, there was a need of creation of CIS.

Implementation

For project implementation the Satori Partner company is selected. Project particular purposes:

• Regulation of the main business processes of the company.
• Optimization of conducting management accounting.
• Increase in efficiency of work with clients.
• Increase in efficiency and reliability at information transfer in the company.
• Creation of a system of accounting of working time of autoworkshop according to requirements of Audi AG concern.

For solving of tasks of automation configurations "Alpha Avto are selected : Motor show + Car service + Auto parts" and "Alpha Avto: Time recording".

During the project the following tasks are solved:

• Car sale.
• Sale of spare parts and accessories to cars.
• Repair and service of cars.

• Accounting of spare parts
• Accounting of settlement
