In the companies of Multiregion the base for implementation of uniform business processes is created, there took place audit of labor relations, the staff list is created, the single system of the corporate reporting on all functional units, including a business activity is implemented. It is going to implement uniform standards of information systems and the equipment including on equipment procurement. Unification of business structure will be made in the first quarter 2011.

Integration of managing divisions in Moscow is also complete, based on head office "Comstar Regions" the uniform general directorate is created.

The carried-out works are directed to increase in transparency of structure and effective management of regional assets of fixed connection of Group of MTS.

Multiregion works in 37 cities of Russia, quantity of the passable households – more than 1.8 million, from them nearly 70% have Double Play service connectivity (cable TV and Internet access). For the end of the third quarter 2010 in the company there were more than 675 thousand subscribers of paid TV and more than 275 thousand subscribers of broadband access in the Internet.

Total number of the cities of presence of MTS Group on services of fixed connection, in addition to Moscow and the cities of the Moscow region, grew from 83 to more than 110. Services are rendered in all federal districts of Russia.
