Gazprom Neft (SCS Projects)

The AMT Group company announced creation of a single multiservice corporate network for Gazprom Neft company. The network integrated the offices of the customer which are in Moscow, Omsk and Noyabrsk with 10 regional branches. In addition to data transmission, transfer voice (telephony) and also video traffic (VIDEOCONFERENCING) is provided, says AMT Group. Within the project upgrade of the IP telephony system is carried also out and the solution for the organization and carrying out conference calls is implemented.

After the carried-out analysis Gazprom Neft formulated the main requirements to functioning of corporate network and the principles of its development. The decision on cardinal reorganization of telecommunication infrastructure taking into account current trends in this area was as a result made. Based on the tender the partner of Gazprom Neft in project implementation it was selected by AMT Group.

Creation of the general information environment for ensuring uninterrupted access of all child dependent societies of Gazprom Neft to uniform corporate information resources and systems became a main objective of the project on upgrade. It was necessary to provide full redundancy of telecommunication infrastructure and also protection of the transferred traffic using the Russian cryptographic algorithms GOST 28147-89, GOST P 34.11-94 HMAC, GOST P 34.11-94, noted in AMT Group.

For consolidation of local geographically distributed networks of the enterprise in a common information space the VPN technology based on IP/MPLS (L3 VPN) was selected. As noted, the created telecommunication infrastructure became the environment for work of all information systems of Gazprom Neft, including hardware-software complexes of management and monitoring of technology processes of drilling, preparation and oil refining, Enterprise resource planning of SAP/R3, corporate e-mail and other business applications. Uninterrupted access for users to IT resources of the company provides full redundancy of network. The uniform standard of connection to VPN network of new offices and branches is developed for fast integration into corporate information environment.

The safety of confidential data and the required security level at gaining access to information systems are provided thanks to encryption systems of traffic of CSP GATE and NME-RVPN of coproduction of the companies Cisco and S-Terra, certified FSB of Russia, noted in AMT Group.

Upgrade of the IP telephony systems and video conferencing of Gazprom Neft company became a separate part of the project. The IP telephony platform created based on the solution Cisco CallManager 4.0 is replaced with the system of unified communications of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0. As a result the customer received the modern solution giving enhanced capabilities for joint work of employees and increase in efficiency of external and internal communications.

For the solution of a problem of operational interaction between the staff of remote offices and branches of Gazprom Neft AMT Group implemented the IP Forum system. A system gives an opportunity of holding the managed conferences (conference calls, a conference circuit) based on corporate network IP-telefonii, provides the convenient organization and management of meetings.
