2024: Transition to "1C:ERP Holding Management"

IT integrator "First Bit" on April 17, 2024 announced the implementation of a project to transfer the processes of the financial and operational circuit from OEBS to "1C:ERP Holding Management" at NTV.

The NTV television company turned to First Bit.NFP to carry out import substitution - to switch from foreign Oracle to the Russian ERP system on the 1C: Enterprise platform. A key feature of the project was the consulting stage associated with a deep study of the company's processes.

The IT integrator team needed to re-engineer processes, proposed a number of optimization measures, and implemented additional control procedures. As a result of measurements, many quantitative indicators of processes have improved by a third.

The project began in May 2022. As of April 2024, automation of processes based on the main configuration "1C:ERP Management of the Holding" is in full swing, most of the functional units have already been put into commercial operation.

The prerequisite for the project was the transition from the western system to the 1C platform, but in any transition project, working with processes is extremely important. So the project became not only an automation project, but also a BPM project. Of course, we prepared the Customer's team for the fact that there is a long way to go in terms of BPM, but no one saw all the gray zones to be worked out at that time. As of April 2024, the system is ready for industrial operation, the main tasks have been completed, but working with processes is a process of continuous improvement. It is gratifying that we have joint new goals and tasks with the Customer in terms of the development of the BPM system, - said Marina Lytkina.
