A similar measure was chosen by Igor Roitman, another deputy general director of Siren-Travel. According to TASS, he is the company's deputy general director for IT.

A criminal case against Igor Roitman and Alexander Kalchuk was opened on April 4, 2024, Kommersant found out. After the searches, both were detained and taken for interrogation to the investigator. They face terms from 5 to 10 years.

The accused are prohibited from leaving their apartments from 18:00 to 08:00, communicate with witnesses in the case and employees of their company, visit the office of Siren Travel or events organized by the company. They can use communication tools, including the Internet, only to communicate with defenders and the investigation, as well as to call operational services. However, the prosecutor's office found that Roitman and Kalchuk violated the prohibitions imposed by the court and protested them. The representative of the prosecutor's office indicated that, remaining at large, the defendants could hide from the investigation by leaving abroad, or put pressure on witnesses who are their subordinates in the company.

On April 18, 2024, the Moscow City Court did not agree with the arguments of the supervisory authority and refused to send Igor Roitman and Alexander Kalchuk to the pre-trial detention center.[1]
