Kiev subway (Intalev: Corporate management)

The need for transition to a new single system of accounting and planning ripened for a long time. She was called by the following circumstances: problems with the used software, need for increase in efficiency of planning and consolidation of data, inconvenience of the analysis of plan-fact deviations.

For the Kiev subway the powerful industrial platform was required. Different options were considered: SAP, Microsoft (Axapta, Navision), "INTALEV: Corporate management", etc.

For project implementation of implementation the INTALEV Ukraine company as the most full meeting the developed requirements and also the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management".

In the course of system implementation the architecture allowing to consolidate data of management accounting on all services in one information base is implemented. The project was broken into blocks by function, blocks, in turn, were divided into smaller stages.

The first block "System Regulation", was fundamental for other blocks. Within this block the methodology of an accounting system was developed:

• the financial structure, the reporting is developed;
• cash flow items and income and expense items (The nomenclature of cost items) are systematized and unified;
• business processes Planning, "The approval of the request for payment of money", "Approval of agreements" are described.

Selected with the second the block: "Planning" within which planning process was automated. Planning was implemented in general on the enterprise (monthly, year (quarterly), justification of a rate).

It is possible to carry to the main project deliverables:

• creation uniform a system for introduction and consolidation of plans for income and expenses of all services of the Kiev subway by articles and elements;
• automatic consolidation of data;
• calculation of economically reasonable rate on the basis of the consolidated plans;
• possibility of dynamic analysis of the entered data.
