2024: Optimizing Personnel Accounting and Payroll

In the management company "TFG" for 20 employees optimized personnel accounting and payroll. The system was put into commercial operation 6 months after the project start date. The partner of the project was Axioma-Soft, which announced this on April 22, 2024.

Transfingrup specializes in trust management of pension and insurance funds. The company needed to switch from an outdated version of the software product, due to the impossibility of developing functionality, to a new system - "1C: Payroll and HR Management of 8 CORP (revision 3.1)." In addition, it was necessary to use data exchange between the new system and the program product 1C: Accounting of the non-bank financial institution KORP.

The peculiarity of the project was that to carry out data migration, new rules for exchange were developed to transfer data that was not provided for in the typical version. For example, specialists migrated the documents "Organization Leave," "Organization Business Trips," "Non-appearance and illness of organizations" to the relevant documents in version 3.1. It was also important to minimize improvements in the functionality of the system being implemented, adapting its typical solutions to unique user tasks.

So, during the implementation, the software "Axiom: ZUP NFO. Supplement to the 1S:ZUP "- a solution that provides an industry standard for accounting for employee remuneration by non-bank financial institutions. Thanks to this, it was possible to minimize improvements.

As part of the adaptation, payroll for the first half of the month was set up. In addition, the specialists set up the reflection of wages in accounting and the formation of postings on existing transactions, and also developed the functionality of calculating vacation reserves quarterly with the subsequent upload of data to 1C: Accounting of the NFO.

Among the key outcomes of the project: users keep records in the new system, which is updated in a timely manner; data exchange between the new system and the accounting program has been established; The product "Axiom: ZUP NFO" is adapted to the peculiarities of accounting in the organization, users receive reliable information and form accounting entries in the system. In general, all the tasks of users have been solved, the implementation of which was impossible in the outdated version of 1S:ZUP KORP.
