The AND Project company started implementation of the project of automation of sales and customer service managements in Electrotechnical Company Emtika Ltd, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint Server.

Project basis

For effective implementation of complex deliveries the customer company needed unified information environment for optimal interaction, both with partners, and between the staff of different departments.

Expectations

The solution of AND Project based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint Server will provide the continuity of business processes of the company from the moment of the beginning of customer interaction until execution of contractual relations and its service. In a project deliverable the staff of the company will receive the uniform tool for implementation of sales, preparation and approval of client documentation consisting of two business platforms. At the same time managers will be able to obtain all data from one interface, necessary for work.

In plans

During the project integration of a system into office applications is planned. It will allow to work all from the same interface with document templates – commercial offers, agreements and other documentation.
