As one of the most dynamically developing brands in the Russian sports the industry, Running Heroes Russia (RHR) implemented an automation solution from business processes Manzana Sport.

The main tasks of the project were the creation, adaptive configuration and deployment of a digital ecosystem that allows you to interact with brand targets at a qualitatively new level, analyze end-to-end processes and systematize the processing of big RHR data.

As part of the implementation project, a full-fledged CRM system was launched, which became the basis for the brand loyalty system - the privilege program. An important element of the system is the organization of work with participants in races with disabilities: in particular, the functionality of downloading documents for verifying benefits and discounts of the allocated segment of the audience is implemented.

Another distinctive feature of the solution is the accounting of the Performance Index ITRA and ITRA points, which are key metrics in the world of trailrunning.

At the stage of choosing a contractor, we carefully studied the offers on the market and consciously made a choice in favor of the Manzana Loyalty Sport solution, which met all the requirements and solved all the tasks with its functionality. What we already see: how we had and how it became - this, of course, is heaven and earth. And the opportunity to be in the same client row with such organizations as Zenit, Spartak, Dynamo and adopt their experience is very motivating and inspiring. We plan to develop cooperation. In the near future, the launch of an online store, the expansion of the capabilities of the privilege program by adding the possibility of paying with bonuses, the announcement of a new format for interacting with volunteers and not only.
