"These services could not be implemented based on our former automatic telephone exchange which by 2009 already completely exhausted the opportunities of expansion. Therefore we made the decision on complete upgrade of a telephone network which would allow to solve all these problems", - Alexey Hakhalin says.

Many options of the different systems were considered, and as a result the management of IT department of Luidor Group suggested to implement the modern scheme – Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC). This system integrates the fixed (wire) and mobile phones of the GSM standard within a single corporate telephone network.

According to this scheme large enterprises of Moscow and St. Petersburg already work, but in Nizhny Novgorod for the present nobody uses it. This unique technology. Its essence is that it is possible to move with the mobile phone and at the same time to be available of an internal corporate wired network.

Upgrade of a single corporate system of communication took place in Luidor Group in two stages. On the first the old automatic telephone exchange was completely replaced. When choosing automatic telephone exchange the high level of an otkazoustvoychivost and scalability became important criteria. After studying of possible options, a choice was made for benefit of an end-to-end system of communication based on the equipment of NEC. The solution NEC suited Luidor Group both on a ratio price/quality, and on all functionality.

After upgrade of telephone exchange there was directly implementation of service of FMC. Originally Luidor Group selected mobile operator which was ready to provide such technology, it became – the Nizhny Novgorod operator of NSS Ltd. It was necessary to select the company having serious experience of implementation of modern communication systems further.
