In Nezavisimost group the project of automation of schedule system of activity is begun

In Nezavisimost group the project of creation of an automated system of average and long-term planning of activity, formation of the consolidated IFRS and management reporting is begun. At the heart of a system, entering the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System complex (Oracle EPM System). The contractor in the project - LANIT company.

Determination of tasks

The scale and diversified specifics of business of customer company assumes operational acceptance of management decisions that is difficult without automation of preparation of the consolidated statements and flexibility of planning process of activity.

The management of Nezavisimost Group makes the decision on system implementation, capable to optimize business processes of preparation of the consolidated statements according to IFRS, preparation of the management reporting, formation and consolidation of budgets, the analysis of managerial data, their storage.

As the platform Oracle applications are selected: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (for solving of tasks of data collection and formation of the consolidated statements) and Oracle Hyperion Planning (for automation of process of budgeting and preparation of the management reporting). Tender was taken by LANIT company.

Solution

The project consists of several stages:

• system architecture design;
• software setup;
• holding the training trainings for administrators and users.

It is supposed that implementation will take more than half a year.

Expectations

The management of Nezavisimost group calculates that a new system will allow to solve effectively problems in the field of collecting, processing and the analysis of financial data, will provide transparency of process of formation of the consolidated statements and will increase quality of planning.
