"Dominoes 8: Trade" is implemented in Sberegayka network of the Belgorod region

The Soft-West company implemented DOMINOES automation system 8: Trade in Sberegayka retail network in Valuyki, the Belgorod region.

Today Sberegayka is one of the most developing retail chain stores of the city. The network consists of 4 shops, the central office and the distribution center. In the course of growth and development of network sales amounts increased, and internal business processes became complicated. The automation system which is used in shops and office ceased to meet requirements of quickly developing retail chain stores. There was a need of transition to the new system supporting modern technologies of management of trade enterprise.

In selection process by the management of network a number of requirements to a new management system was created. The easy-to-work system having flexibility, scalability and reasonable price, providing opportunities for further development was necessary. Besides, process of transition to a new system owes the easiest and painless, for this purpose the IT company performing implementation should have necessary experience.

The management system of DOMINO 8 was as a result selected: Trade and Soft-West company as both the software product, and the company fully conformed to all imposed requirements.

The SOFT-WEST company, thanks to the technology of implementation which is repeatedly tested in practice performed painless phased transition on the new automation system. During implementation specialists of the company investigated structure, business processes and a retail store equipment of network, trained personnel of the company, provided partial data transfer from an old information system, performed integration of a retail store equipment of shops with information system DOMINOES 8: Trade.

Transition to the new system of outlets and the central office was also broken into stages. The first stage to the new DOMINOES automation system transferred the central office and one shop of network. A month later, on DOMINO 8: Trade one more shop of network was started.

As a result at the central office the main business processes are successfully automated: purchase management and warehouse stocks, centralized operation by pricing and assortment policy. Besides, automatic unloading of data from DOMINO in "1C is provided: Accounting" that allows to avoid double entry of information, to increase data processing rate, to simplify accounting work.

As in network strictly centralized control circuit, in Sberegayka shops through DOMINO 8 is used: Trade is performed goods acceptance from the distribution center of network, sale of goods via the CR, preparation for return and write-off and carrying out inventories.

In the nearest future transfer of other shops of network is planned for DOMINO 8: Trade.
