ELMA and integrator Nobilis.Team on May 2, 2024 announced the release of a joint CRM solution for automating corporate sales of financial and insurance organizations. It will help set up an end-to-end process from attraction to contract and cross-sales and build a single front office for the corporate block. The solution was developed by Nobilis.Team based on Fintech ELMA365 and uses all the advantages of the Enterprise class platform.

The joint Russian development of Nobilis.Team and ELMA thanks to Low-code and No-code tools will allow banks to expand the functionality of the CRM system taking into account the peculiarities of business processes, creating a single front office for sales, customer service, contact centers and marketing. The solution will provide the required and up-to-date functionality:

  • Set up a unique sales process, lead routing, and improve performance
  • Create a customer smart card - process leads from all possible channels and enrich customer data information from external sources
  • Integration with the credit pipeline to ensure that the client manager controls the processing of the credit request
  • Configuration of modules for specific business tasks within one platform, without additional integrations for specific tasks of the front office and middle office of the bank.

In the near future, the solution will appear in the ELMA Store and will be available to all current and new customers of the company using the CRM platform and ELMA365, and will allow seamlessly expanding any functionality.
