2023: Revenue growth doubled to 2.43 billion rubles
At the end of 2023, the Aviakor Aviation Plant received revenue of 2.43 billion rubles against 1.19 billion rubles a year earlier. The company completed 2023 with a net profit of 704 thousand rubles, while a year earlier its net loss was measured at 419.5 million rubles. Such data are given in the reporting under RAS, published in early May 2024.
According to Interfax, citing materials from Aviakor - Aviation Plant JSC, the company's revenues from aircraft repair and maintenance services in 2023 amounted to 1.4 billion rubles, which is 1.2 times more than a year earlier. Revenues from the sale of spare parts and aviation products increased 3.4 times, to 931.4 million rubles.
The agency notes that Aviakor recorded net losses in 2014-2017, as well as in 2019, 2021 and 2022. In 2023, the gross profit of the plant amounted to 566.3 million rubles, which is 10 times more than the gross profit of a year ago. Profit from sales in 2023 reached 208.3 million rubles against 235.6 million losses a year earlier. Profit before tax in 2023 turned out to be equal to 2.9 million rubles, while in 2022 such a loss was measured at 461.7 million rubles.
By the end of 2023, Aviakor-Aviation Plant JSC continued maintenance and repair to maintain the operability of the Tu-154M decommissioned (about 25 aircraft will be in operation of state aviation for another 5-10 years), as well as the An-140, whose production program has been stopped.
Considering that in the future this type of aircraft [Tu-154] will be decommissioned, it is planned to replace this type of business with the participation of the enterprise in cooperation under the programs for the construction of modern passenger aircraft SSJ-100 and MS-21, as well as the maintenance and repair of other types of aircraft, the plant said.[1] |
