The implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA in Republic of Colour advertizing production company started

In November, 2010 the Republic of Colour Advertising production company started system implementation of business process management of ELMA. The project on process optimization of production and management of the company was initiated in February, 2010.

First of all the company resolved enterprise architecture issues at the level of conceptual model. The choice of the environment for deployment of model became the following serious question. Having analyzed different implementation tools of electronic document management and process descriptions of production and management, the management of the enterprise made the choice for benefit of the ELMA system.

The ELMA system should become the link connecting in uniform corporate whole own developments of Republic of Colour company, the accounting system based on 1C, a corporate portal 1C-Bitrix, online store 1C-Bitrix, ELMA - CRM, ELMA - electronic document management, ELMA business processes, ELMA – the balanced scorecard.
