To work together in the co-working space "Jet Infosystems," five interactive complexes with VKS capabilities were installed, as well as a multimedia system that allows you to conduct video conferences, view and edit materials from various devices directly on the interactive screen.

For efficient work in a hybrid format, it was important for us to provide a lot of nuances: to create areas for meetings and brainstorming, while maintaining a comfortable noise level, provide high-tech workplaces, provide areas for storing personal belongings, and provide employees with all the necessary devices for remote work. As a result, a truly comfortable and functional coworking area was created that meets all business needs, while being harmoniously built into the overall design of the office, said Anton Gavrilov, Head of the Information Technology, Communications and Digital Development Program at Gazpromneft-Geo.

To increase the comfort of working in open space, wide-angle USB video cameras with 4K resolution were installed at workplaces, as well as special lamps with TrueSoft technology, which allows you to achieve better color reproduction during video broadcasts, providing cinematic light.

All employees received wireless headsets with three-level hybrid noise cancellation technology and a convenient headband that can be used not only in the office, but also at home. In coworking, the sound masking system helps to cope with more noise. Thanks to this technical solution, the radius of the zone in which one person can hear the speech of another is reduced from 15 to 4 meters. For the meetings, two noise-insulated cabins equipped with VKS and BYOD systems were installed.

The masking of the sound is barely noticeable and similar in sound to the airflow, it is specially tuned to the frequency and amplitude of human speech to make it less legible. Through the emitters installed on the ceiling, incoherent background noise is played, which creates a sound curtain.
