2024: Support and development of 1C information systems
IBS Group of Companies has become a partner of Alcotorg for comprehensive support and development of 1C information systems. The project started in November 2023. IBS announced this on May 13, 2024.
To support and develop the IBS group of companies, the customized business-critical system "1C:ERP Management of the Holding" was transferred. As part of the collaboration, IBS organized the 2nd and 3rd support lines, with a team of more than 15 consultants and developers.
The customer was offered a scheme of work and a fixed payment for the tasks completed, and not for the hours spent. From the first day, IBS specialists began to resolve incoming applications, and also proposed solutions and completed work on more than 100 applications that were not closed by the time the work began.
In the first month of work, we organized a ready-made service, thanks to which the customer received a permanent guaranteed SLA, which made it possible to increase the speed of management decisions taking into account the advice received. It is important to note that we received the system for support during the closing period. But thanks to the accumulated expertise and strengthening of the team, IBS accepted the system for support as soon as possible. Due to prompt and detailed responses, the satisfaction of accountants increased, the timing of the decision of applications decreased. The reliability of the system has increased. Thanks to a proactive approach to analyzing the causes of repeated requests, options for improving processes were proposed, which allowed the customer to optimize transportation costs, and improvements were made to develop functionality that previously lacked resources, "said Vasily Sautin, head of the IBS sales department. |
Together with the IBS team, we will also work to improve the level of detail and optimize the reporting process for the financial service, as well as ensure the consistency of data for management reports, "said Kirill Kulikov, Alkotorg Chief information officer. |
