AROS supported toughening of laws against spam

The association is also ready to take active part in completion and promotion of necessary changes of the legislation. The relevant initiatives are announced by the deputy of the State Duma Ilya Ponomarev together with the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) and provide introduction of efficient responsibility for such illegal "business".

It is supposed that the amendments entering legislative determination of spam "as the electronic message in large quantities sent by the sender and delivered to the receiver without his prior consent and the sender of this message who is not allowing to define will be made to the law "About Information, Information Technologies and Data Protection"". It is offered to enter regulations on responsibility of participants of the advertizing market which use services of spammers to the law "About Advertising". In Criminal procedure, Arbitration procedural and Civil procedural codes it is offered to enter the special regulations concerning procedures of the proof of commission spam mailings.
