The Mobile TeleSystems company (MTS) announced a victory in the tender held by the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for delivery of data services and mobile broadband Internet access to deputies and staff of the Duma.
The tender was held on provision of services for the period since December, 2010 until the end of 2011. Developed the tariff offer considering the client's wish which includes special GPRS packets for tender of MTS. Thanks to advantageous conditions of a special offer of MTS it was recognized by the winner. MTS the second year in a row becomes the winner of competition on provision of services of data transmission, carried out by the State Duma.
MTS is also a supplier of voice mobile services for the State Duma of the Russian Federation within the three-year agreement existing until the end of 2011.
