The Advanced Engineering School (PISH) of the Moscow transport Polytechnic as part of the state university support program Russia in Priority 2030 has completed a large-scale equipment of the material and technical base of the laboratories "Virtual tests," " cars Electric mobility and mechatronics," as well as the production laboratory of the Center for Technological Support and the Center for Reverse Engineering and Standardization. About 240 million were allocated for the modernization of equipment and equipment of laboratories. This rubles equipment will allow PCH to create electric vehicles on the principle of "full cycle" - from design, production of components and assembly work to testing of the finished sample.

The laboratories are equipped with a high-quality educational software and hardware complex and modern equipment. CNC lathes and milling machines, such as the Hision V-180 High Speed Drilling and Threading Machining Center, the Weide VMC855 Vertical Milling Machining Center, and the Tenoly 208MSY Five Axis Turning and Milling Machining Center, have appeared in the Process Support Center. In addition, TIPTOP MACHINERY MC 3240 and HDC 4535 electro-erosion machines, SEKIRUS P2606M optical laser pipe cutter, as well as Kawasaki RS series robotic complexes with various functions, including laser cutting, welding, soldering, milling and drilling, were purchased.

For the Center for Reverse Engineering and Standardization, educational laboratory stands were purchased, such as split models of a synchronous electric motor and a battery, stands for studying an inverter, microprocessor technology, sensors and control system elements, as well as a stand for testing electric motors. The VR design laboratory has a dynamic GameStul platform! Gordeo and firmware with HTC VIVE PRO Eye virtual reality systems.

Thanks to the supplied equipment, such as the five-axis turning-milling machining center Tenoly, we can not only reduce the queue for the manufacture of parts by 2 times, but also speed up the production process itself due to the technological features of the new equipment, "said Daria Isakova, Director of the Department for Maintenance and Infrastructure Development of the Moscow Polytechnic.

PISH actively cooperates with representatives of mechanical engineering - Avtotor, Mercator and KamAZ - in creating projects for pilot models of electric vehicles. Expanding our own material and technical base will allow PCH to more efficiently implement joint projects and meet the needs of external customers.
